Are you curious about the ocean, nature, and how we can protect it? Over the 2026 summer break, Roots2Reef will be offering a small number of volunteering and internship opportunities for local students and scholars to gain hands-on experience conducting science and promoting conservation.

As an intern, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines, you’ll be helping with real projects. From exploring coastal ecosystems to learning about marine life and conservation, every day brings something new. You’ll work alongside passionate people, gain practical experience, and build confidence while having fun.​ Whether you’re thinking about a future in science, the environment, or just want to try something different, this internship is a great way to start.
